Logika - product overview

Logika offer a wide range of products from desktop embossers and thermal printers through to in-line modular systems designed to with stand the rigours of continuous use within the largest trade bureau. The portfolio includes systems that undertake magnetic encoding, chip initialisation, infill and relief embossing, colour thermographic and dye-sublimation printing and card match mailing and envelopment.

Whilst continuing to manufacture the tried and tested LC700 desktop embosser and the TP950 thermal printer systems, practical additions are being made to the range. New realistically priced and targeted products such as the all-new LC1000 (mini DOMI.NET) and a low cost embosser will compliment a more rounded portfolio.

All Logika systems are well built, robust and offer a great cost: performance ratio.

Components within both the desktop and the in-line systems are designed to be very readily accessible for ease of maintenance. Furthermore, a large proportion of parts are non-proprietary which means costs can be minimised by local sourcing.

Essentially, these advanced systems have a simple structure and are easy to use. As production downtime costs time and money, great attention has been paid to system design to ensure straightforward maintenance.

Logika's in-line plastic card personalisation systems are designed on a modular basis. DOMI.NET is the product that fully encapsulates Logika's flexibility. It consists of a number of independent units that can easily be adapted, expanded, assembled or re-assembled according to the changing needs of the individual customer for either centralised or decentralised operations. It's an effective and powerful modular system. Any combination of personalisation processes is possible, in an automatic in-line production controlled by the reliable software Badge.Net that is easily connectable to most of the proprietary databases.

A natural extension of DOMI.NET is the MCPU, Multi-Chip Processing Unit. This product was conceived to codify the chips of up to 10 cards simultaneously.

Once again flexibility is a key factor for Mailer III, a recent addition whose high performance in main functions – from card reading to envelope insertion – makes it one of the most reliable match-mailing products on the market.
